Your coach sets aside time for you and plans her schedule accordingly. Please honor her by letting her know in advance if you cannot make it so that she may free her time up for others.

We appreciate your understanding.

Cancellation Policy

•  Client must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel

•  $50 fee charged for missed meetings or cancellations of single sessions within 24 hours

•  No session credits for cancellations made within 24 hours. If the session is canceled by the client within the 24 hour window, the session is forfeited

•  Treatment plans and sessions can be canceled but will not be refunded

Rescheduling Policy

•  Client must reschedule before the 24 hour cancellation window to avoid deductions

•  Effort is made by the coach to reschedule missed sessions however availability is not guaranteed

•  It is the clients responsibility to reschedule before service expiration date and with reasonable timing

•  Client may reschedule up to three times before forfeit

Refund Policy

•  No refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours

•  No refunds for partially completed sessions or treatment plans

•  Refunds are only given if service was paid for in advance AND was canceled by the coach
